API Terms of Use
The mission of the FollowMe Tracking Service API is to enable developers to
integrate FollowMe’s tracking platform into convenient and accessible
applications for end users. The API is provided free of charge and is
subject to the following terms and conditions.

API Modifications
FollowMe may modify, update, or discontinue the FollowMe Tracking Service
API from time to time. While reasonable efforts will be made to ensure
backward compatibility with the most recent previous version,
compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

Changes to Terms
FollowMe may revise these API Terms of Use at any time. Any updates will be
published at

.
It is the Applicant’s responsibility to regularly review this page for
changes.

Commercial Restrictions
The FollowMe Tracking Service API must not be used in any website,
application, or service that requires a paid subscription, license, or
usage fee.

Rate Limiting & Data Storage
Developers are advised to cache and store API responses on their own
servers for frequent access. The Applicant must not call the FollowMe API
more than once per minute.

Branding Requirement
The Applicant must display one of the official FollowMe Tracking Service
logos on every page or screen that interacts with or displays data
retrieved from the FollowMe Tracking Service API.

Termination of Use
If the Applicant is unable to comply with any updated or amended version of
these API Terms of Use, the Applicant must immediately discontinue use of
the FollowMe Tracking Service API.

Misuse and Violations
Any misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms may result in temporary or
permanent suspension of API access without prior notice.

Availability and Reliability
FollowMe does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or
reliability of the service. The API may experience downtime, delays,
errors, maintenance periods, or technical issues. FollowMe shall not be
held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from API
outages or failures.
